Car Seat Inspection and Installation
Callaway County Ambulance District personnel provide car seat inspections and installations by appointment. All inspections and installations are completed by a certified CPS technician.
Callaway County Ambulance District has partnered with Safe Kids Columbia and SERVE, Inc. to provide a car seat to those in need. In order to qualify for a free car seat, you must apply for a voucher by going to SERVE, Inc., 4901 County Road 304, Fulton, MO 65251 to complete an application.

We can't give you a free car seat without a voucher issued to you by SERVE, Inc.

Once you have your voucher, please call us at 573-642-8905 to schedule an appointment.
